Wednesday afternoon, Britton and I got expensive salon style Ecuadorean haircuts and styling. $18 for both of us together, a lot considering a "Supercuts" type of haircut in Quito cost $1.50 for men and $2-3 for women.
Wednesday night, we went to Jacqui's house because she wanted to thank me for giving the lecture. We met at 6pm and didn't eat dinner until 10:45! Cultural differences were apparent but intentions were good. :-)
