Nathan had his 6 month check up last week. He is now 17 lbs, 2 oz and 26.5 inches. He is generally a very happy and healthy baby who sleeps well for 9 hrs every night, but still spits up a lot. We have tried every kind of formula available (though I know it's not the formula because he spits up with breast milk too), and we are now officially starting meds for reflux. Since he is gaining weight fine, this is still not a very big concern for us.
I officially stopped pumping at ~5 1/2 months, thank goodness! It was emotionally hard to stop, but my life is SO much less stressful now; no more pain! And he will have his last drink of breast milk today.
Among his recent feats: sticking out his tongue, sitting up on his own (with stand by assist), and looking extremely handsome with a mohawk.
