The papers are signed by all parties! We have been reviewing our finances over and over to make sure that we can handle all those costs that add up: down payment, insurance, appraisal, home inspection, termite inspection, moving expenses and a few surprises I'm sure (not to mention we are going to Taiwan in June). I caught Britton actually emptying out his piggy bank to put into our checking account! It's not THAT bad, but he is SO adorable I had to post this.

Congrats!! The townhouse looks so cute. My brother is getting married next Feb in Sarasota, so maybe we can see you guys while we're in the area.
