Last weekend, Britton and I went to Charleston for the annual 10K race over the Cooper River and through downtown Charleston. (Us, Kathy, Billy, Elizabeth, Joe and little Carter before the race).On Sunday, we put in an offer on a house (the one pictured in the previous blog entry). After about 5 counter-offers, today we finally agreed on a contract that both parties were happy with. Yippie!
